By accessing or using the FarmData API service ("Service"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Service.

2. Description of Service
FarmData provides access to agricultural data through this API service. This data may include but is not limited to information about Farmers name, Contact details, Farm address, Type of product and more. Hence because of the sensitive of the information, we are very restrictive of who will share this datapoint with and they are liable to the use of any data obtained from us or its use, while as a platform we forbid illegal use, reproduction or distribution of this data and will revoke the right of any organization that we observe involve in such practices.

3. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.

4. Data Privacy
Every Farmers and Partners rights are guaranteed based on global and local privacy regulations such as GDPR. FarmData gives any partner the right to withheld the sharing of their data with few specify Organization.

4. Farmers Consent
Every farmers data on this platform is obtained with their consent and expected of Partners donating any of such to have. But if any farmer wishes to remove consent of been careful connected to curated opportunity, they can email us on support@farmdata.com.ng to apply for a takedown, and their data will be taken down from our database within 10 working days.

6. FarmData Update
As a farmer with identity you can directly request companies your data have been shared with, the partner/organizarion who provide it, and you can likewise update your data with us. By mailing us update@farmdata.com.ng and your info will be updated within 10 working days.

Pls Note. For both Data consent removal and Update by individual farmer wishing to exercise this right, must be prepare to prove your identity (by providing a copy of an identity document, for example) in order to exercise them or go through the Partner you give such consent to. But you can be rest assured every data with us is safe and put into judicious use for your benefit.
